Request deletion of your Racket Lounge account
You can request deletion of your Racket Lounge app account and associated personal information at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to racketloungekochi@gmail.com with the subject Account Deletion Request.
- Include the mobile number and email address registered with your Racket Lounge account so we can verify your request.
- We may contact you to verify that you own the account. Do not send your password, OTP, or payment card details.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize your app account profile and personal information that is not required to be retained, including account details and saved app preferences.
What may be retained
We may retain transaction, invoice, tax, payment, service-booking, and fraud-prevention records where required by applicable law or for legitimate accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Retained records will be restricted and kept only for the applicable retention period.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will notify you if additional information is needed or if any information must be retained by law.
