How to Request a Replacement.
- Check the Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Share Video Evidence: Please record a video showing the damage during unboxing or as soon as you notice the issue. This helps us assess the situation and speeds up the replacement process.

Replacements will only be processed after we receiving the returned item.
All returns must be notified within 24 hours/1 day, from receiving the order, to be eligible for replacement.
Replacements will be completed within 7 - 10 working days, from confirming your eligibility.
