We do not provide any refunds. We only offer replacements for defective or damaged items, to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

How to Request a Replacement.

  1. Check the Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  1. Share Video EvidencePlease record a video showing the damage during unboxing or as soon as you notice the issue. This helps us assess the situation and speeds up the replacement process.
  1. Send the Product Back:
    Replacements will only be processed after we receiving the returned item.

All returns must be notified within 24 hours/1 day, from receiving the order, to be eligible for replacement. 

Replacements will be completed within 7 - 10 working days, from confirming your eligibility.
